1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Campaign Competition (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Mosodi Limited as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign Competition.
2. The 1dayaweek prize draw is being run by Mosodi Limited.

Eligibility to enter

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age and are employed by an organisation that is a paid member of 1dayaweek Club.
4. In entering the prize draw you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per day is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

7. To enter the prize draw:
   1. Leave your car at home on any day that you travel to work and instead, travel to work by car share or any non-car means.
   2. Take a picture of yourself arriving at work. It must be easy to identify yourself and your place of work.
   3. You must include the hashtag #my1DAW to be included in the prize draw.
   4. Post your picture on, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with #my1DAW and you will automatically be included in that month’s draw.
8. Entries for each month close at midnight on the final day of the month.
9. You can enter a maximum of once per day.
10. Your employer must be a current member of the 1dayaweek Club.
11. Retain the photo you post on your phone as you will require it as proof of a valid entry.
12. If you use public transport retain your ticket as proof of the journey.
13. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Mosodi Limited.

Odds

14. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The prize

15. The prize will be paid in vouchers of Mosodi Limited’s choosing. The retailer will be announced at the start of each month by Mosodi Limited.
16. The winner or winners will be drawn at random.
17. Mosodi Limited reserve the right to vary the value of the prize each month.
18. Mosodi Limited reserve the right to change the number of winners each month.
19. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
20. Mosodi Limited reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
21. The decision of Mosodi Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
22. Mosodi Limited reserve the right to withhold the prize and select a new winner(s) if insufficient proof is provided.

Winner announcement

23. Winners must provide the following proof:
24. Train/bus ticket (if you used public transport)
25. The photo on your mobile device showing date and time it was taken.
26. The photo must clearly show it was taken at your place of work.
27. The winner will be notified by 14^th of the month via the social media channel on which the picture was submitted or via the 1dayaweek Lead at your place of work.
28. Mosodi Limited will attempt to contact the winner on social media two times.
29. If the winner does not respond to the messages notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second contact, they will lose their right to the prize, and Mosodi Limited reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
30. By entering the prize draw you agree for Mosodi Limited to use your winning social media post in their promotional material.
31. By entering the prize draw you agree for your employer to promote your win in any communication of their choosing.

Receipt of the prize

32. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection

33. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Mosodi Limited for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

Limitation of Liability

34. Mosodi Limited does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Mosodi Limited and its partners, employees, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in this Campaign Competition.
35. Mosodi Limited does not provide any form of support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities and terms relating to the prize are that of the prize winner.

General

36. Mosodi Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
37. Mosodi reserves the right to delay any prize draw until a minimum of 10 entries are received.
38. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
